Most items are handmade to order.

Our current process time for custom party favors is 2-4 weeks. We ship based on the date needed. Please provide the date you want the order to arrive, NOT the event date.

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail or UPS, and a tracking number is always provided once your order ships.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If your plans change, and you need to change the theme or items on your order, you may do that if your order has not started.
